By booking or riding the Shadow Lounge Party Bus, you agree to the following terms: Party Bus rental fee is $225 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. 1. All guests will be picked up at the location designated at the time of booking. All guest must be 21+ with a valid, government-issued photo ID. No exceptions. 2. Guests who appear overly intoxicated during initial boarding will be denied entry, and those who become overly intoxicated at any time during the trip will be prohibited from further drinking and may be monitored for safety. 3. No weapons of any kind allowed. Violent, aggressive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior toward the driver, other guests, Shadow Lounge staff, or the public is strictly prohibited. This includes threats, harassment, lewd acts, property damage, or physical altercations. Violations may result in service termination without refund and, when necessary, law enforcement may be contacted. 4. Our driver will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled reservation to prepare. Billing begins at your scheduled start time, regardless of when boarding occurs. Late arrivals do not extend your reservation unless approved in advance. 5. $350 deposit is required to confirm reservation. Payments can be made online or in person using cash. The full amount is require prior to the start of your trip. 6. Cancellations made 72+ hours before the reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation and no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the $350 deposit. Violations of any of the listed terms could result in a loss of full payment. 7. The booking party assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. Shadow Lounge is not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen property, or delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. 8. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who violates these terms, appears intoxicated, or acts in a manner that compromises safety or violates state or local law. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. 9. All guests must comply with Indiana state law, including regulations set by the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission. 10. Guests must clean the bus before the final drop-off. A 10-minute grace period after the reserved time is allowed for cleaning and exiting; exceeding this will result in a $225 additional hour charge. Leaving the bus excessively dirty will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
